Damage deposit


Your deposit is calculated on the total cost of your vintage china hire charge and is payable in advance, with the hire charge.

The deposit is 100% of the hire charge and is refunded on satisfactory receipt of china minus an charges for breakages.

  • 100% deposit equal to the hire cost is required on booking of the event. This is fully refundable on safe return of all the hired goods.

  • Any damages to the crockery or hired goods will be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned in full on return of hired goods.

  • All items collected or delivered should be checked for any loss or  damages on unpacking of goods and recorded on the form provided.

  • Our replacement costs are realistic and only cover the cost of replacing the item. You will be given a list of these replacement costs during your initial discussions when booking the event.

For example Jane and Joe are planning their wedding day and select VintAge china to a total cost of £150, the deposit is £150 so Jane and Joe

make a total payment of £300 in advance. After the event Jane and Joe return all the china with no breakages and they are refunded the £150.
