When we've discussed your requirements your booking can be confirmed on payment of your deposit equal to 100% of the hire cost and receipt of your booking form.

  • Receipt of the deposit and booking form will be taken as confirmation that the hirer has read and accepted the terms and conditions stated here.

  • Booking deposits will be returned in full for any cancellation made more than 90 days before event.

  • Deposits for cancellations under 90 days will only be returned if we are able to rebook the date with another customer.

  • Your order of crockery cannot be reduced less than 90 days before the event.

  • Full balance is due 28 days before the event and any deposit paid will be returned* within 28 days of returned goods.
